Our long-term plan is to build an off-grid production kitchen, which will be a space where community groups can meet, and where we can make our preserves and process honey.  Organic food with zero food miles.  

 

This will also provide us with secure storage, which means we can then get a tractor.

 

Also, when the trees are bigger we are going to introduce animals to browse the windfalls and supply free-range meat.  We are looking at alpacas and emu, as well as sheep, pigs and chickens.
